My business hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows… in fact it’s had its fair share of shit show moments lol. Looking back, I know that at each point in my journey as an entrepreneur I was just trying my best… now I know which narratives really steered me wrong…

Over the course of the last few years I’ve definitely had my run in with anxiety, but in relatively small doses. But last year I had horrible anxiety almost daily starting in July and suffered from depression throughout Q4. It was horrible and I must say, extremely out of character for me.

Let’s talk about manifesting your dream life. When I hear people say things like “I wish I could make more money”, or “I hope I can achieve my goals” I want to turn into Oprah and reply back to them, “You can have your dream life! And you can have your dream life!”...but most will say it’s not that simple.

At times, it can feel difficult to embrace your badass, CEO self as a VA. With the word “assistant” in your title, it’s easy to slip into a scarcity mindset and feel like a supporting character rather than the star of the show.

The amazing thing about an Instagram profile is that you have the ability to market and exhibit your personality in a single glance. Your brand colors, photos, and content tell a story about who you are. Showing up authentically is the key here.
